Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

By using the 1xpartners website or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to use the platform. 1xpartners reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when creating an account on 1xpartners. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, 1xpartners reserves the right to suspend all of them. The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.

Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 1xpartners support team immediately. 1xpartners is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of a weak password or sharing login details with a third party. Use a strong password to protect your account and update it regularly.

User Responsibilities

Fraudulent activity, harassment of other users, or any attempt to compromise the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the rules may result in account closure as well as legal action.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

The 1xpartners platform may only be used for lawful entertainment and betting activities. The use of automated bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. Manipulating game outcomes, colluding with other players to exploit the system, or any form of misconduct will be treated as a violation of the rules. Platform content, logos, software, or data may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization. 1xpartners reserves the right to partially or fully suspend platform services temporarily at any time. In the event of service disruption due to technical issues, 1xpartners will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  • Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
  • Registering with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
  • Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
  • Using the platform for any criminal financial transactions is strictly prohibited.

Payment, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 1xpartners are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set in accordance with platform guidelines and are subject to change.

Full account verification is required before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals of larger amounts may be delayed if account verification is incomplete. 1xpartners may request additional verification details for incomplete or suspicious transactions. 1xpartners is required by applicable law to prevent money laundering and illegal financial activity, and suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. If a deposit fails for any reason, the terms of the relevant payment provider will apply.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Limitation of Liability

1xpartners bears limited liability for losses caused by technical faults on the platform, network issues, or third-party failures. 1xpartners is not responsible for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming, as all betting decisions are made voluntarily by the user. Information displayed on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. In the event of unexpected technical disruptions, advance notice will be provided where possible.

Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The 1xpartners logo, brand name, software, content, and design are fully protected under intellectual property law. Using, reproducing, or modifying them without authorization is prohibited. The platform may incorporate third-party game software or services, which are governed by the respective provider's own terms and conditions. 1xpartners is not directly responsible for the quality or availability of third-party services, but exercises care in selecting partners to ensure the highest standard of experience.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

If a user violates these Terms and Conditions, 1xpartners reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice. Account balances linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct may be forfeited, and relevant law enforcement authorities will be notified where applicable. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

1xpartners may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
